Kenyans ready to move on despite continued leadship battle

While the main Kenyan opposition leader Raila Odinga has defied the authorities by swearing himself in as the “president of the people” at a mass gathering in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, many Kenyans  are fed up with the leadership battle, wanting government to instead turn its attention to the dire needs of the country's poor and vulnerable. 

Fears of violence increase as Kenyans head to polls again

After the August vote was declared nullified, a second vote in Kenya’s general election again looks to be marred with irregularity, violence and conspiracy. Vincent Nchimunya looks at the latest in Kenya.
