WATCH Synod 2018 — Cardinal Napier’s message for those with special needs

Cardinal Wilfrid Napier, the Archbishop of Durban, has a special message for young people with special needs and disabilities. He says “this touches [him] very greatly” and wants to assure those with special needs that they too are being considered at the Synod of Bishops on Young People taking place at the Vatican this month.
