Issues of Faith: Saints

Recently an episode of Issues of Faith on SABC 2 broadcast a documentary about the Saints. The programme includes a discussion on the history of and devotion to the saints in the Catholic Church. It explores who saints are and how they are canonised. The programme also looks at the life of  Southern Africa’s first blessed, Benedict Daswa. This documentary was originally broadcast on Sunday 17 June at 09:00am on SABC 2. It is now available on the SABC’s YouTube channel.

  • Delia Kairuz
  • Lauretta Fagri

Issues of Faith, is a documentary series that reflects various issues that confront South Africa’s religious communities.
